Land & Project Use Analysis

The type and scope of development allowable for a given piece of land is controlled by the jurisdictions. We also consider the market when assisting our partners in determining what product types should actually be developed and built on a given site.

We always look at ways to understand the market first and overlay the existing zoning/entitlements and then determine the best use for a given project or community. In some cases, when appropriate, we will suggest a strategy to modify the project by changing allowed density or product type.
